Ups and Downs of this place

I have lived here for 2 years and this place has its ups and downs. My living situation would have been much better had Chicago Apartment Place tended to our needs in a more professional, timely manner or even just tended to our needs in general. The winters are freezing and our place is old with some of the windows that are broken (which sweet and kind maintennce who were always so kind to us, said that the all of our windows needed to be replaced but that CAP wouldnt do that for us) so a buch of cold are gets let in, leavinf out heating system running overtime yet not being able to heat above 60 degrees leaving it freezing inside, at the very least they could have provided us wirh soace heaters or decreased our rent price as we were forced to sleep in cold consitions to the point where my phone screen would condensate and my curtains would blow from the outside wind.
