Legacy

My apartment got the landlord special before we moved in. The bad: At first glance all is well, until you really look and see how rushed and sloppy the turn around was for us new tenants. My tub started peeling within months of living here and mold popped up ion the bathroom almost immediately which means it was always there. A lot of mismatches due to replacements from closets, to cupboards to sinks, etc. With that said, the upkeeping is standard as far as appliances. The gym is basic, lacks some preferable items. The pool could be kept cleaner, sits under the hot sun, so not the best place to cool off. The laundry facility needs a total do over, machines are constantly not working and yo don't know which is which until you learned the hard way, wasting time and money. Parking is rough, the tow company assigned here are evil predators, and residents park in visitor spots for inconsiderate convenience. The good: Super dog friendly! Poop bag and garbage kiosks all around the community, almost everyone has dogs. The peacocks! This community is famous for the free roaming peacocks. The river! So serene, my go to when I'm stressed. The staff is extremely welcoming and maintenance team does their absolute best (other than the landlords specials lol). You get a good amount of living space for what you pay for.
