The location is great, especially compared to other Legend properties in the area. The building nearby are more expensive but are adjacent to the railroad tracks. The train comes by at ALL hours of the day including at night multiple times. The noise isn’t too bad at the B&G building. The maintenance staff is timely, friendly, and professional. Management, however doesn’t seem to be engaged or proactive. We were told we would need to call the Post office to resolve the broken mailbox issue. Tenants need to be training to pull their cars all the way to the front of the space so that others may drive past. The lot is VERY tight. On the weekends and at nights the hallways smell like weed. Somehow, no one has said anything. The weight room needs some love, there is no organization of weights or routine inspection. The space could be reorganized to be more functional for existing equipment and/or additional equipment. If you are weight training only one person can use the space at a time. Overall, it’s hard to beat the price per square foot. The layout is great for the one and multi bedroom units. All the neighbors are polite and friendly.
