Reviews summary
Brightleaf receives mixed reviews from residents, with several praising its location, spacious units, and friendly staff, particularly the property manager Monique for her excellent customer service. The property's historic building offers appealing features such as high ceilings and hardwood floors, and many amenities are included, making it convenient for residents, including artists and bachelors who appreciate the decor and space. The onsite pool and fitness center are valued by many, and ample parking is noted by some reviewers, although others cited issues with limited parking and towing.
However, concerns about noise from nearby train tracks and thin walls are mentioned by multiple residents, affecting the appeal for those sensitive to sound. Some reviews note inconsistent communication from the property manager and issues with maintenance and cleanliness, including pet-related messes. Despite these drawbacks, the property's central location with access to shops and restaurants, and features such as elevators and modern appliances, remain attractive to certain groups, including professionals and families.

The apartment is a pretty good price but you get what you pay for. The parking is limited and towing definitely has been a pain even for a member. The train is so loud and shakes tbe walls that thr wall crumbles a bit each time. The door entrance is a pain ans is contantly needing to get fixed. The wifi is also ko longer included which was one of the main highlights. Overall average.

Lovely location, wonderful amenities for the cost. External noise like the train, etc not as bad some of the reviews you might read or hear about. Internal noise is borderline between too noisey and tolerable. But overall the pros outweigh the cons.

I just moved in and its honestly great for what I was looking for as an artist. Its really spacious on the inside and clean. Really cool decor. Its by active traintracks but its really no big deal to me. You can sometimes hear the nighbors through the walls but thats just apartment living. The manager is nice and professional. All amenities included is nice. Really cool place.

I havent had any bad experiences besides the parking and only being given one parking pass per household and not being able to invite friends/family over without fear of them not finding a vistors spot, which theres only about 6 of them, and getting towed. Other than that having everything inclusive makes living here so easy.

Really love living here, wish there was a common room area or patio setting to sit all year round
