In my opinion the location and amenities are perfect.
The noise level Thursday to Saturday, varies as we live above a bar, next door to a gym that opens at 4:30am and utilizes loud speakers to conduct and host the class. As well as across the street from three other restaurants.
The parking ability is very limited on the street outside of the building. Although parking passes have been provided there is rarely any parking availability within the lot, When the parking near my loft is overflowing. In the mornings residents are competing for parking due to the gym clientele, and the gym has its own parking lot. In the afternoons and evenings the veil brewery, lil ‘za pizzeria, pedro and toast employees consume the street parking and they also have their own parking lots available. Leaving residents to have to park up or around the block, which can be a hassle on grocery runs or when moving things in and out of the apartment.
The office staff & phone staff are friendly. The maintenance staff is friendly but hard to communicate with as theirs a language barrier. The maintenance staff also friendly but not always available whenever a crisis occurs the response time is lackluster to emergency situations. For example, smelling sewage or sewer water inside of the apartment and being told there’s nothing they can do, is unacceptable. Or to have constant leaking underneath sink or issue with slow drainage from sinks.
The price is perfect for the amount of amenities included as well as the location of the lofts. However the price could be significantly reduced if the maintenance issues aren’t resolved and or actually fixed. Sometimes some requests take time to fix but if the work is done properly and no other problems arise from that same original request, residents and new clientele are more willing to spend that $1,850-2,000 a month. As it’s included in the price already, so the efficiency should match.
Otherwise, I adore this apartment complex as a whole…
