Poorly Maintained and Poorly Managed.

The price point is nice but the building is mis-managed, the residents are loud (I hear constant fighting) and my apartment smells like weed from the tenets below me. Not to mention the building itself is old, so you literally hear your neighbors footsteps reverberate through the floors and walls while trying to sleep, and you can be on the third floor with no one above you. I don't recommend living here at all.

Not the safest place because the apartment refuses to hire security. Maintenance issues are handled very slowly.

The process to move in was very smooth. Drew was a wonderful help in getting everything set up and ready for me. I highly recommend this location for others as it is great in location, price, and management.
