Old apartments

Location is okay however, windows rattles , door allow weather in and out because its not sealed. Lumber on deck is very very old and railing not secure, .bathroom tile tile always pealing, old Appliance in kitchen, etc

Not what I was expecting

I moved in leas than 2 months ago, and I wish I hadn't been so rushed to fill out the move-in check list, because as soon as I turned it in, I started finding all sorts of problems that I should have included, like paint on the walls and ceiling need redos in some areas, my dishwasher not draining properly, and the oven has some metal component hanging down inside, so I still can't even use the oven until they fix that. But I haven't requested any repairs yet, because my place is still a mess of boxes, bins, and bags that need to be emptied and organized. If they need to replace an appliance, they wouldn't be physically able to move appliances in and out. Also, I have trouble fibding parking sometimes, and there are two handicap parking spaces next to my "accessible" apartment, but no ramps. The designated parking spaces are not needed there anymore, as I am in the apartment they were created for, so I wish they would remove the parking signs on those spots.
