Edwin is in every way the absolute best superintendent of any building or property I've ever had an affiliation with. His service attitude SHINES regardless of the circumstances and he goes out of his way to make things happen. He not only creates a great lifestyle for the residents, but his approachable nature, positive presence, and dedication to creating the solution is BEYOND anything I've ever seen in a property management company and staff. So appreciative of living in an apartment complex that has Edwin because he's one of a kind!!!

My two-bedroom is absolutely stunning. The luxury finish-outs are comparable to those of a luxury custom home. My 1177 sq ft kitchen has so much storage & is perfect for someone who loves cooking. Massive patio, great views, bathrooms are huge with tons of closet space. Close to downtown or Buda, Kyle, New Braunfels, & San Antonio in a few minutes to an hour—great staff & maintenance. Absolutely love the gym & pool, great co-working spaces. I love that the internet is paid with the rent & that it's one less bill I need to worry about. I moved in 9/2025 & with the new construction, sometimes things happen. The internet has been fixed, and I have had no issues since November last year. Beautiful community.

I truly enjoy living on this property and appreciate so many aspects of it. However, the ongoing presence of individuals experiencing homelessness near the back gate has become a concern. It’s noticeable to guests when they visit, and it’s often mentioned. I’ve also observed these individuals walking through the parking lot, which affects the overall sense of comfort and security on the property.
