I have lived here for about 5 months now. I have loved the location, Heb and Walmart are only minutes away. I haven't had issues with staff but I will say low priority maintenance request take a while. but they do get done and i'm glad the more important ones are prioritized. I love the pool and seating areas, it was really relaxing and refreshing when i tried it out. I love that we don't have to worry about not having a place to park that's super far or parking outside the complex like the complexes around us. My only issue is that the gates are hard to open when you leave, something with the sensor i learned you have to go at the gate a certain way or swing open and close your car door when you get close it for it to open but its great that they work and are kept closed at night to keep us safe.
