Gables Park Tower

The location is great, the staff are great and responsive. Maintenance is good too. I rented because this building supposedly has condo specs. That said, I can hear multiple dogs barking all day from my apartment (this is more frustrating because I work from my apartment). I lived here for over a year without hearing noise from the apartment above me (but I think it was vacant) but now, I hear constant thumping. It wakes me up most days and a noise machine does not help. The train that goes by is noisy, but you get used to it and it is not a distraction.

I moved into Gables Park Tower ~3 months ago and wanted to wait before writing this review. I LOVE it so far. The maintenance is prompt, but I admit my apartment was a short move so a few minor things weren’t fixed properly from the beginning. There is a train that goes by at random hours, but it never bothers me and I am located in the interior apartments overlooking the street below, so that’s a good sign. Overall the neighborhood is extremely safe and there are people out with their dogs or exercise all the time. The apartment is so nice and feels very homey, and the grocery stores and gyms are all within a short walking distance. I love it here!
