Home sweet home

An excellent property with great views. The property is always kept clean. A very peacefull and quite neighbourhood. The first 10 mins drive after getting out of the property in any direction is very relaxing with an amazing view of the Barton Creek valley. The staffs are very friendly, no lie when I say the staff really go above and beyond to accommodate residents need, if they are able to.

Massive improvements!

After over a year of frustrating delays for use of the gym, pool, and other repairs in the apt-I am happy to say that the new ownership who has taken over has been much easier to work with, and has made lovely improvements to the property. I do also have to mention that through it all, staff member Mary Anne has remained wonderful! She is kind, understanding, and obviously hard working. The property is beautiful, and location is both convenient and safe. With the improvements to the property, and great new management, I am excited to renew my lease.

Sweet Sweet Home

Love the drive to and from this property, very soothing surroundings. One of the best part of my apt is the bright space inside during the day due to the large and wide windows. Lots of storage space around the house, but the first closet could have been larger. Smart floor plan does look my place very specious. Kitchen and bathroom wide counters does add more value to this property. Anyone would definitely enjoy this place. Super private space surrounded by trees yet it haa a soothing view of the surrounding. I can truly call this my Zen Spot.
