Good so far

Have lived here for about 2 weeks, so good so far. Maintenance has been great, amenities are useful. Parking fills up but there is always a space. Great teach with doors. All good

Amenities not working

No cue for the billiards. Wifi not detectable in the clubhouse. Printer ink very low Grills in the bbq pit by the courtyard rusted. Television in the clubhouse not working The fire pit in the clubhouse not working.

Not too bad

I have lived here going on 3 years and so far it is pretty nice for the price. The complex is close to the airport, literally over the bridge and about 5 minutes away, I-40 exits are on the same bridge, and there is the Lake Crabtree Park and hiking trails all within walking proximity. I love the pool and grilling areas, that is the BEST part of the property. The gym is ok, and the clubhouse looks nice. On the weekends the property is unkept because the residents are kind of messy. The property management are working on cleaning up and painting the common areas which will make for a nice appearance throughout the property. They have also replaced all the entry doors with an app-based situation instead a fob, the app is on your smart phone, still not sure how much I like this one. Otherwise, I am happy with this place as it meets my needs for the moment. There have been a lot of other properties that have been built nearby, but the prices are over the top of my budget, and I don't want the hassle of moving again.
