The location and staff come highly favorable. Residential parking outside the garage on the street and at the front of the complex is greatly limited. Double parking at the front of the residence is discouraged but not addressed.

The Good: Great place to live. Attentive staff. Mostly single professionals so it's quiet. Good amenities. Very clean. Modern style apartments. Downside: They raise your rent every year. Extremely high rent for such small apartments. You will need an additional storage unit because the apartments don't have much storage space.

Views, if you have one, immaculate. Parking and managing illegal parkers (did I mention, illegal and that I should have called the fire chief for ADA violations and fire violations but was told that they were dealing with it because it was a "difficult" resident who was able to park in restricted zones for months and then other people started to do it as well?) and those that do not have a parking pass but use our garage non-existent. Leasing office professionalism and communication has declined. Inconsistent scheduling of front desk and often closing with no notice. Why do we pay the amount we pay when we cannot get the basic amenities that we moved here for? Complaints are met with standard basic answers that do not actually solve the problem and wants to pacify us (which, it doesn't. Can't wait to move!) We have mentioned about numerous off leash pets and is met with no severe consequences to the owners; this makes us feel uncomfortable to use the grass that is near the hotel as people leave their dogs off leash especially there and in the hallways. The only thing that we're happy with after living here on and off for over 8 years is maintenance and the gentlemen that work there!
