Beacon at Waugh Chapel is a Pet Friendly Community. We welcome your furry friends and family members. Beacon allows a maximum of 2 pets (Cats or Dogs) onsite, our maximum pet weight limit is 75lbs. Please contact the office to inquire about breed restrictions.
There is a $50 monthly pet rent charge assessed per pet along with a one-time refundable pet deposit of $300 per pet required at the time of the pet's arrival.
Beacon has a no visiting pet policy, all pets onsite must be registered and listed on the lease. All pet owners must abide by the policies as outlined in the Pet Addendum.
