Centre 50 Apartments

The good, the maintenance sup has always been wonderful and they are usually quick and efficient. The management staff has turned over so many times in the years I've been here, one could only question why. Maybe it's overwhelming. But they usually are good people, very helpful given all the circumstances. I'm annoyed by the parking situation that we cannot have 2 cars per household when it wasn't something said when I moved here. Its an inconvenience and costly to park somewhere else especially during the snow. There is plenty of space for everyone atleast 2 cars per home, but people complain because they want to park close to the elevator!! Its just a short walk. But making us find other alternatives when a household is paying and living as two is unfair. The nosier level is what I have the problem with the most. The windows don't block out any noise. People drive up out front which is really the back door, but they come and play music at full blast with no regard to the time or people living here. They also stand on the stairs outside the doors and talk so loud we can hear every conversation. I don't know what its like on the street side but I'm sure it's not quiet either. If ther was a sign to say please turn music down when parking or dropping off that would be really nice. There are neighborhoods we're you can't do that. Now with a grill on the other property in front it has only gotten worse. So fair to say potential to be nice, but the noise, parking and strange folks coming in and out for activities doesn't make it the best living place for families.
