I’ve enjoyed many aspects of living here, especially the concierge and maintenance teams. They are consistently professional, friendly, responsive, and truly care about residents. They deserve recognition for the great work they do every day. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for property management. Since the previous leasing office staff was replaced, the building has noticeably changed—and not for the better. Resident events and community engagement have become almost nonexistent, and the welcoming atmosphere that once existed has largely disappeared. The property manager’s attitude has been one of the most disappointing aspects of living here. Rather than approaching concerns with professionalism and a customer-service mindset, interactions often feel dismissive, unhelpful, and unnecessarily adversarial. It’s telling when even employees within the building privately acknowledge similar concerns. This is a luxury-priced property, and residents should expect management that treats people with respect and works to resolve issues, not create them. The concierge and maintenance teams continue to do an excellent job, but unfortunately their efforts are overshadowed by poor leadership and management.
