One-time nonrefundable fee of $200 per dog or cat. $10 per month per pet rent. We do not allow other types of pets. Fees do not apply to service or emotional support animals. Pet Screening profiles are required for every pet. Breed restrictions apply - The following dog breeds are not permitted in the building: German Shepherds, Pit Bull Terriers, Cane Corsos, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Akitas, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Doberman Pinschers, and Wolf Hybrids.
