1336-1342 W Waveland Ave and 3704-3706 N Wayne Ave

I have lived here for the past two years and just resigned my lease again a couple months ago. I love this apartment because it has so many bedrooms which allows for more roommates; however, because of the two level design of the apt with its spiral staircase, multiple entry points and a kitchen on both levels, it never feels like you are living with a lot of people. Also, the bedrooms, specifically the downstairs ones, are the biggest I have seen in Chicago for anything around this price. Last, but certainly not least, you literally cannot beat living on the same corner / block as Jewel, CVS and the Music Box. As well as being less than a 10 min walk from the Metro / Smartbar and tons of other Wrigley gems.

My location is a unit at 1336 W Wavland Ave. Its a fantastic location right next to a Jewel Osco, the Music Box Theatre, and many unique restaurants on Southport Ave. Not to mention, the unit is only a few blocks from Wrigley Field. The apartment itself is large and spacious compared to other Chicago Apartments. There are many windows that keep the space fairly well lit, and this property comes with central air and heating which is a huge plus. However the age of this apartment does show as the windows are pretty drafty, and some of the apartment’s infastructure could use some touching up. The maintenance team is responsive and friendly from the calls that i have had to make so far. Last but not least, the location and space this apartment has, the price is affordable compared to other apartments in the area. I could see myself here for awhile.
