i rarely make reviews but i’ve had issues at this place since the moment i moved in. Firstly, the water and ice machine on the refrigerator hasn’t worked since the day I moved in, and that’s been since November and it’s now April. I’ve had work order after work order and now they’ve just ignored it. My kitchen sink faucet broke twice because it’s cheap & they took forever to replace that. I currently have a work order because the knob broke on my dryer and that’s been ignored for 6 days now. Everything in these apartments are cheaply made. Key fob currently doesnt work, and overall everything has just been a mess. But the biggest thing that led me to leave this review is that they claimed i did not have a parking permit and my brand new car was towed. I wasn’t told where or how to put the parking sticker on my car so i had it on the outside (like i had on my previous car for MONTHS with no issues) and i guess either it fell off or someone removed it. I had recently gotten the car and i still needed to register my license plate but they said as long as i had the sticker i would be fine. Either way, my brand new car now has minor damages and scratches from getting towed AND i had to pay a $225 fine. The office was not helpful at all and when i said it could’ve fallen off or was taken because I DID have one she responded “well i’ve had mine for a long time and i’ve never had an issue with it falling off” I sent an email with proof of me having the sticker because having damage to my car and having to pay that fine is insane and ive been ignored. do not recommend this place at all. I will say the only helpful person in office is Mateo, i’ve had to go down to the office multiple times for all the stuff that’s been wrong here and he’s always been helpful.
