Satori is a spectacular community for pets and even offers an on-site dog park for your best friends to frolic in. We welcome your cats and dogs to all of our apartments in Deerwood, with a maximum of two pets per home. There is a pet limit of two, a $400 pet fee for one pet, a $600 fee for two pets and a monthly per-pet fee of $25. Unless used as an assistance animal, restricted dog breeds are not allowed. Restricted breeds include the following: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky, Wolf Hybrid, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois and St. Bernard and all "mixes" of the above breeds. We also welcome the following non-traditional pets: turtles, non-poisonous frogs, domestic hamsters, hermit crabs, gerbils, small domesticated birds, and domestic fish. Fees for these non-traditional acceptable pets may vary if applicable. We do not allow snakes, spiders, ferrets and iguanas. Please contact our exceptional team for further information.
