Cats and dogs are welcome with no weight limit. Breed Restrictions: German Shepherd, American Pit Bull Terrier, Husky, Doberman, Mastiff, Great Dane, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Bulldog, Wolf Hybrids, St. Bernard, Chow Chow, Cane Corso, Presa Canario, and Akita. All residents must complete the pet screening process with Pet Screening for all pets, support and service animals and must be approved by management after the review of the Pet Screening Profile. Animals that assist persons with disabilities are not subject to certain provisions of the pet policy. Residents are responsible for cleaning up after their pets; a minimum of $25 violation fee will be issued to any resident that does not do so. Dogs must be on a leash when outside of the apartment.
