2900 Adams Mill

I havent received response on my questions neither my mailbox key, water preasure is very low in the shower. The woods are beautiful but barely cant hear the animals as my neighbors have their tv full volume every night until 3am.

No major compaints. Staff responds to promptly to mIntenance calss. Building is kept clean. But still, wouldn’t recommend strongly to new tenants. New units to me seem overpriced. Personally i would expect a front desk/mail/security person or a pool at the levels they are asking. New units, though including all the modern fixtures are reletivly small. These are former studios converted into 1 bedrooms. Fine for the well heeled and rootless though, which with the turnover i see is probably the average tenant. This is Washington DC afterall so that's probably enough for the landlords…i just personally could not recomend it as a value for money to new tenants.

The Adams Mill Road Apartments are very nice, depending on what you're looking for. The pros are that it is a well-maintained building in a quiet and beautiful part of DC and in close proximity to all your needs (social life, grocery stores, transit). The cons are as follows: for its price, I have found places that offer more amenities and space for slightly less. Additionally, I moved across country with my car, and while I did not plan on using my car much in DC, I wish I had known how arduous the process would be to getting parking access from the city. The apartment complex does not have designated parking and parking spaces are in extremely high demand in this neighborhood. If you come home after 8:30, expect to spend at least 30 minutes trying to find a spot.
