The police told me to 'watch my back' after i found that a previous tenant's brother had been stealing my mail for months to get his dead brother's social security check. Management took weeks to replace my mailbox key because they didn't have another one and had neglected to get it back. Same with the door key. The balcony door lock was broken as well, and I was told they could not repair it. I posted an earlier review, but they appear to have removed it. I have the police report.

Everyone has been extremely helpful, but there was a constant beeping from the buildings fire panel that was never resolved (over 6 months). While maintenance and management was always accessable, the issue was never resolved and was a constant nuisance. The building was always clean and overall - was a great experience, but the beeping was unbearable
