I would recommend looking for a building with more consistent management. When I moved in there was an on site manager which was very helpful. In the past few years the building was bought and now the building manager changes at least every six months. I've reached out many times with no response. There has been consistent construction for years and little communication on what is happening and when. Overall the building is outdated and minimally maintained. The exterior windows have not been cleaned in at least 3 years. Then only reason I've stayed it because of the location, it can be hard to find a place to solo rent in the dupont area.

Fabulous location, great rent prices, and spacious apartments. Management is very nice but deeply incompetent. The longer you live here, the more you'll notice how janky the apts are but the building is great and the location is even better. Very happy living here!
