I have lived here a long time. It used to be a very quiet and safe building. Not so much now. Lots of noisy kids running around and yelling at all hours and way too many dogs, some dangerous. The only good thing about living here is the wonderful staff, who are friendly, caring and helpful.

I have lived here over 10 years and it is not the same experience as it was at that time, and even most of the years following. It used to be a comfortable, clean, safe and desirable building. Today, there is no regulation exercised with smokers in the building despite years of complaints and the fact that it's illegal. There are always leaks in the walls requiring repair, paint and plaster jobs, and the threat of mold which might already be a problem that goes unmitigated. Everything is addressed with a band-aid and not with thorough and complete care considering the amount of rent it costs. I am looking to vacate within the next 6 months.
