We are thrilled about your interest Mulberry Flats Apartments as your place to live in Denver. We are conveniently situated near downtown Denver, as well as I-25 and I-70. In addition, we are only 1 block from the Light Rail Station at 27th & Welton. Located in the Historic Five Points area of Denver, the area has historic Victorian houses as well as modern, up-to-date lofts and new housing developments. Being one of the oldest neighborhoods in Denver, the surroundings are full of charm and character. The building has a Walk Score of 91 and with over seventy-five businesses lining Welton Street, just about anything you need is nearby. Some local events in the Five Points area are the free Five Points Jazz Fest in May and the Juneteenth Parade and Music Festival in June. For those of you looking for outdoor adventure, visit the nearby Classic Cruiser Bike Rental & Tours or Denver Adventures. City Park is only 1.5 miles away with its numerous trails, the Denver Zoo, the Museum of Nature & Science and the City Park Golf Course. As another option, Park Hill Golf Course is only a few blocks north of the park. For nightlife, hit Larimer Street where restaurants and bars are plentiful, serving dishes to delight any craving from hot dogs and pizza to modern American cuisine.
