I have lived at 621 Lincoln for almost a year. Overall, my time here has been positive and worth it. I live in a studio alone, and it's the right amount of space for me. The room is nice, all appliances, outlets, lights, fans, etc. are functional, though a little dated, but still plenty functional. I love the location - just off South Broadway, walking distance to Wash Park, very close to I25 ramps, and walkable to the light rail. Parking being free and plenty available has been HUGE as well. Shared laundry which is meh, but I rarely need to wait for machines to open up, and all four machines have been functional for most of my time here, i think there was 1 month where two machines were being worked on separately, but completed pretty quickly. The only downside of living here is the noise, both from Broadway and in the building. It's not necessarily the tenants who are noisy, but the walls and ceilings are pretty paper thin. It hasn't been an issue for me really, just something i've noticed if you need/prefer a quiet apartment living situation. I have put a noise stopper under my door, and use a noise machine or the fan if i'm trying to sleep, and it hasn't been an issue.
Overall, I would highly recommend moving here if you are living alone, on a budget, and want to be in Denver - especially near Broadway, Wash Park, I25, and light rail. 8/10!
