I just want to be able to do laundry at home. Since i moved in here in 2023 the laundry has been a constant issue. Theres only 2 machines for 12 uniys and about 20 or so people. The only one that works properly is constantly down. It goes down more often because we all use that one. The other one does not drain properly at the end of cycle which makes your clothes come soaked in water. You have to ring them out before attempting to dry, and the finished product is often stiffer than normal. Everone in this building has complained about the washer that does not drain properly and in almost two years of living here, it has not been addressed. Leaving us with the one that goes down due to overuse. Now im starting my work week without my laundry done because the app was not able to communicate with the machine due to i think wifi issues. Its just a constant black eye on this orherwise beautiful apartment.

On of the two washing machines has not operated properly sonce i moved in. The internet that used ti work well, no longer works for all the residents on the third floor only. Thats not cool since it’s included in our utility bill.

So far im satisfied with my living space. I just wish the wifi worked like it did when i moved in. For 3 weeks wifi works just fine. Then you change the network and magically it doesn’t reach my apartment. Management tells me just go spend $600 a year for my own. So i guess the building wifi is only for the hallway. Its one thing if it was never offered. But it was, it worked, and now it doesn’t. The response from management left a bad taste in my mouth. Just have century link fix the extender on the second floor. That would solve the issue. But i get the feeling that’s too much to ask.
