My names Jackie and I just moved here. Ive lived in Denver so I am a Colorado Native I dont regret choosing this place. Its away from Denver but not at all too far away since the lightrail is Ridgegate and the G line will take a few minutes of walking but an estimated 20 minutes to get to the Union Station. Its very quiey here and I get alot of privacy which I needed, I came from Park Avenue and it’s definitely live over theee but I wanted to have a good home for me and my puppy which tjis place has many people thay own dogs. So its dog topia and everyone cleans up their own dog business so its not at all stinky like many other apartments I have seen in my life. The space is good for the price, and the finishings are acceptable. Definitely worth the move and what better way to get a breath of fresh air. I love my balcony as well, you get parking it’s first come first serve but theres always room. And it’s spacious like I mentioned so it echos but you do still have so much privacy, I almost forget I have neighbors above and below me. I play basketball with my dog and nobody hears so thats a relieve because I these basket ball games get pretty serious but even when I play hand ball with my dog nobody hears. My dog is big and he’s a German Shepard and only going to get bigger he’s 8 months and if there was a pet restriction which there is not, then just go to Jefferson County Humane sevices get your dog a ES letter. But this place is clean and theres a dog park in the back only for residents and each apartment gets a est. 5” 5” storage closet, with a key.
Dont loose your extra key. Like me. Management can always replace those but you have to wait for a response. I paid 2$ at the store Ace for a replacement key.
There’s a Walmart, an Arc near by, and a Kindsupers, Im still getting used to being here. But theres a beautiful simple outdoor to this place, the people are happy and that leaves me with my last point to this reveiw, I sleep well here. Its safe and warm.
