I have lived here for 8 1/2 years and up until 2 years ago, I loved it. I was willing to overlook Sarah’s attitude issues, lack of availability, and promptness to keep the building running smoothly for the first year with her being new, but I am now at the end of my limit. I have attempted on multiple occasions to communicate and fix problems as they arise, but she does not activate on important issues brought to her attention. Nor does she follow up on problems the community or individual tenants face.
I have now had at least two inspections or entrances to my apartment that I was not made aware of- which is a violation of my rights as a renter.
It is absolutely unacceptable that I and my fellow tenants pay so much in rent to have callboxes that are unreliable, mail not able to be delivered for months, external doors left open all day and night, an extremely high raise on laundry prices for consistently broken washers (and the occasional dryer), constant construction, a spa that never works, ant problems, and a live-in manager with hardly any availability who never communicates, follows up and scowls at you when you walk by.
The cleaning staff and the maintenance team have done an excellent job, I cannot include them in this review, they are all very friendly and supportive when they are needed.
I know you are aware of these issues, I have seen the google and yelp reviews. I am trying to go about this in the right way by communicating at this level since it seems I am having no luck communicating directly with Sarah herself.
