Upon arrival, the staff were extremely welcoming and genuinely kind, which set a great tone for the tour. The property itself is newer, beautifully designed, and the amenities are impressive — very polished, very catering, and clearly well-maintained. The views from the building are truly amazing.
I toured both the studios and one-bedroom units. While the units were cute and offered great scenery and generous kitchen space, they unfortunately did not include a true living room area. For my lifestyle, having a living room is essential, so the layout didn’t quite work for me.
The location is slightly off the beaten path. It’s still walkable on a cooler day and offers nice views, but it does feel a bit removed from the main downtown energy. Because of that — combined with the fact that parking is not included in the rent — the pricing felt very high for what’s offered. They currently have a large number of units available, which I suspect may be due to the location, pricing, and parking structure.
One perk is that there’s a store right next door, which is convenient if you need to grab something quickly while cooking. I also noticed that the neighboring property offers more spacious layouts at more competitive rates, which is worth considering for anyone comparing options.
Overall, this is a beautiful property with great staff and strong amenities. It just isn’t the right fit for me at this time due to the layout and pricing. If the rates were more aligned with the location and unit design, I would absolutely reconsider. Big thanks to the staff for providing a great tour.
