The real estate market in Calgary has been slow, but shows no signs of slowing down anymore than it has. Schools
The Calgary Board of Education runs the public schools and the Calgary Catholic School Districtruns the Catholic schools within the city. Private schools are also present for students and families who would like their children to attend a private institution. Schools under the Calgary Board of Education and Calgary Catholic School District,as well as a few select private schools, offer French Immersion. As for post-secondary education, there are plenty of options available in the city. A couple of the universities in the area are the University of Calgary and Mount Royal University. The colleges in the city includeBow Valley College and Alberta College of Art and Design.
Family Life
There is plenty of fun for the whole family in Calgary. The Rocky Mountains are close by the city and provide a perfect place for families to participate in their favourite winter sports.
