Great location close to stores and shopping, just outside of the downtown chaos.
Staff are wonderful, and the property is clean and maintained. The building is quiet, and the limited units per floor make it seem more livable than long corridors with rows of doors.
No carpets, just tile, great for allergy sufferers.

Really enjoy living here, i have been here for 3 years and I enjoy most of the things about this building save for a couple. Biggest issue is inconsistent temperature, sometbing you’ll deal with in most buildings certainly, too hot in summer, too cool in winter, there are built in heaters and AC and neither have ever worked unfortunately. Otherwise everything else has been great

I love a lot about this place - it really works for my lifestyle in a ton of ways. Luckily i dont have a car, so im not worried about parking, but there isnt even a pull-in spot for delivery drivers to quickly run up, theres no buzzer in the back which is the only option for them. Staff has been kind and helpful, recent changes have helped with getting quicker replies. The building is always clean and the neighbours friendly. Gym is sparse but there and seems frequently used. Quiet! I live on the other side from the LRT and very rarely hear anything. Beautiful high ceilings, i almost never hear my neighbours. Edge of downtown right by the river, i adore the location!
Biggest concern is security - there isnt a guard 24/7, ive had situations where the automated access fobs deactivate and i cant get a hold of someone, and a former neighbour lost his door key and couldnt reach anyone for help so had to stay in a hotel. Second is that it is pricey for the space you get, especially if yiu add pets, storage and have to get a parking spot somewhere. Its ideal for me so i dont want to move but its definitely pushing it.
Now getting nitpicky, third is the finishes and appliances are something ive had frequent issue with. The building has been settling so there are some pretty significant cracking issues, bathroom fixtures falling off several times. But they’re quick to patch if you file a request (again, staff is good and lately better than ever). Final weird thing is there are no windows that open - just a swinging door but no screen one so keeping it open isnt an option. I dont love running the A/C all the time - id happily pay to have an interior door added with a partial screen on it.
Overall, I’ve been very happy here and hope to remain for as long as possible!
