VERSUS is a 10 minute walk to Connaught Off-Leash Dog Park, 15 minute walk to Bowforth Dog Park
Number of pets allowed per suite: 2 dogs, 2 cats, or 1 dog and 1 cat or 2 birds. A pet fee of $30 per pet per month will be levied on your account.
Restricted Dog Breeds: Pitbull, Mastiff, Doberman, Chow, German or Australian Shepherd, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, Siberian Husky, Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, St. Bernard, Malamute, American Eskimo, Mountain Dog, American Bulldog, Husky, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Dog or Hybrid, Akita, Terrier, Dogo, Bassett Hound, Any other breed which is bred to be a guard or attack dog
Mixed breeds are subject to approval.

I find the floor plans and the hidden storage such a well thought out design. The tall ceilings make it feel so spacious. I love tje 24/7 amenities, the yoga studio sold me. That and the resident classes which makes it feel like an actual community. Only critique is the elevator was down for a while which turned to long waits.

It is the best building in Downtown Calgary for your money. Spacious top-of-the-line apartments and no corners cut. Quiet building with lots of activities. Extremely mindful and kind staff members and top-of-the-line cleaning through out the building daily. 10/10
