Academy Heights offers 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and 2-bedroom townhomes!  Our apartments have very spacious kitchens with ample cabinet storage, three usable living area storage closets, and the 2nd and 3rd floor units have balconies accessed via the living room.  Our townhomes have very spacious bedrooms and are separated by a full bathroom and a large storage closet. The townhomes also have a fenced patio and a full size stackable washer and dryer unit. We are located just south of Whole Foods and west of Walmart at the Academy Rd and Wyoming Blvd intersection. We are located on the Wyoming bus line (Route 31) and several walking/running/biking trails are accessible within a 1/4 mile. A spacious city park with tennis courts, basketball courts, and soccer fields is also accessible within a 1/4 mile.  Our property offers a year-round heated indoor pool, a fitness center, a dry sauna, and two 24-hour laundry rooms. There is also a small dog park with benches and a dogie station, a small playground, and charcoal grills available for use.
