Breeds not permitted include, but are not limited to: American Pit Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Sheppard, (Siberian) Husky, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, and Akita. In addition, any mixtures of the aforementioned breeds are not approved. Additionally, Landlord reserves the right to reject certain other breeds at the Landlord’s discretion. Please be aware pet owners will be held accountable for the cost of any damages incurred by the pet during the duration of their tenancy.
