Lake Park

When we moved into our second apartment at Lake Park we were told they needed more time for us to move in because the previous tenant trashed the apartment, when they redid the apartment, they left hair on the walls and repainted over the old tenants hair in the bathroom, all the drywall work is not painted over, there are scratches all over the wall that were left not painted when we moved in. The carpet looks very quickly done because there have been parts where nails are poking out that I have stepped on, don't forget the day we moved in there were rodent droppings on the cabinets, I have pictures to prove it. Just recently our pipes were clogging in the bathtub and needed to get fixed, I'm very appreciative of Lake Park giving us another apartment to use in the meantime for a bathtub as this was the only bathroom we could use living in a 3 bed and 1 bath apartment. But, for how long it took them to get a plumber to come out and take care of the blockage was about a month, having three kids including two toddlers to go back and forth is not ideal and not worth the $2,100 I'm paying a month. That doesn't also include the washer and dryers that are always broken and we have to pay for each use, we have well over 100 residents and there are 4 washers used and a handful of dryers to use. Lake Park has been great to us in many ways and I'm grateful to be able to live here almost three years, but very surprised for how these last two years have gone.
