3/8/26, I just renewed my lease for the 8th year & for good reasons. I love it here. And I agree with some of Sam's review too. It is a nice place to live. I moved south to VA 2018. Levco Property Management had just acquired the property shortly prior to me renting here. I did my research apartment hunting with my list of pros/cons for almost every complex in VB. I am a PICKY person & had to figure out what BEST suited my wants & needs. So I chose St Croix. Annually before my lease renewal, I compare other complexes with the rental market, apartments size/layout/condition, complex amenities, community/neighborhood day/night, because safety matters too! After consideration, I renew my lease because St Croix, being a small complex offers nice size units & amenities indoor/outdoor that you are NOT going to get everywhere else, let alone may have to pay extra elsewhere for *select units (ie: fireplace, W/D, balcony, gym, pool etc). SC is nicely maintained & generally quiet considering we're right off Newtown Rd. I live near the pond, so I can see & hear cars and people coming/going & thats nothing to complain about. In fact, most of the time I hear the fountain from the pond. This is NOT the hood! Basically, it's urban/suburban like, because it is a little of both with the location being absolutely GREAT & CONVENIENT! We are in the middle of everything everywhere! Just map it out. My family loves staying w/me when they visit because they feel safe & have access to anywhere. My experience here thus far, has been very pleasant. I have not had any problems with neighbors. Which is another thing to consider if relocating. In fact, most of us here keep to ourselves. We have alot of military members in this complex and not many children under 18 living here, let alone outside much. Also, I have not had any issue w/management or staffers. When maintenance was required, it was resolved in a timely manner, including any urgent matter.
Realistically, anywhere you go you wi
