1. The rent is unreasonable. I am 80 yrs old and on a limited income. If the rent is increased very much next year I will have to move. The process of moving would be very stressful!!!
2. The landscaping company is not taking care of dead bushes and in general the landscaping is very poor.
3. There are areas where the concrete walkways do not evenly meet. This leaves very serious trip hazards. Several of the sections are broken. I use a cane periodically and when I have to use it, I do not feel safe outside.
4. Management has not addressed the speeding many residents constantly do. More speed bumps or other detriments need to installed!! Does a child or a pet have to die before anything is done??
5. The situation with garbage pickup is totally unacceptable!! The containers are not completely intact. They need to be replaced, or compacters are needed to replace them. There are days when the area looks like a garbage dump and/or a junk yard. I wonder if the corporate office would appreciate me posting pictures on Facebook.
6. The asphalt needs to be renewed. It really looks like management/corporate doesn't care about how the general impression appears to the tenants or the public.
7. Our maintenance person, Terry, is absolutely the most supportive and knowledgeable workers I have ever known. His attitude is consistently respectful and positive. His patience is noteworthy because of the many personalities/problems he encounters daily.
