Weight limit is 65 lbs. Maximum of 3 animals allowed. Failure to clean up your animal(s) waste will result in a $100 fine. Breed Restrictions include but are not limited to: Staffordshire Terrier aka "Pit Bull", Doberman Pinscher, Mastiff, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow, Bull Dogs, Great Dane, Presa Canario, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, Wolf-hybrid, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Cane Corso, any mix of these breeds, and/or any other unmentioned Wolf Breed. We reserve the right to restrict any breed dog we deem aggressive or harmful at any time. Breed restrictions will apply to canines. 3 Pets per Apartment Max
