Happy with apartment

Very happy with the apartment, the amenities are great, the staff is wonderful and very helpful but the best thing of all is our amazing view from our balcony of the marina especially at sunset.

Nice but starting to show its age

The property is about 30 years old and they are doing upgrades but a few things are definitely showing the 30 years. I have a beautiful marina view and one of the largest apartments, so it’s very homey.. Some of the policy changes the new owners have done I don’t care for but what are you going to do. People that are use to apartment living will love it. I also own a home in a different part of the state so apartment living is an adjustment for me.
