The apartments brand new and spacious at a great price. The office staff and maintenance are extremely helpful and friendly!

Great apartment!

Let me start by saying, if you're looking for the best apt in the Georgetown/Round Rock/North Austin area, look no further than MAA Windmill Hill! MAA Windmill Hill has been a phenomenal complex to live at with modern new-build units. Amazing amenities and a quiet community allow us to stay relaxed in our new place. MAA has a great location just down the road from the Round Rock Outlets and HEB and a short drive to downtown Austin. Beyond this, the leasing staff have been responsive, attentive, and caring throughout our apt search. At no point did we feel pressured to lease an apt at this complex. Instead, they motivated us to explore the area for the best choice. Of course, that best choice was undoubtedly MAA Windmill Hill. Particularly, Collin has been a huge help and has gone above and beyond to make my partner and me comfortable during move-in. At the very least, go tour this fantastic community and fall in love with it as we did.

GREAT place to call home...

I moved into MAA Windmill Hill about 6 months ago and it has been a wonderful experience. The application and move in process was very smooth, there are resident events at least once a month, and the staff is very personable and attentive to concerns. The apartments are beautiful, the grounds are kept clean, and I feel very safe here. I would totally recommend this complex to anyone!
