My third lease here with the apartments. I still love the quiet, chill and quaint vibes that Presidio has. The apartments themselves are nice, and you get a pretty good value for your money. That being said, the management of the property has declined since they had to send Joy & Jarod off to other properties. There are different people temping each day and things fall through the cracks constantly because there is no communication or cohesiveness between the different people working each day. The amenities themselves are also going downhill. The front gate is constantly broken. Rainy days, cold day, or strong winds it seems even break the thing. Our clickers never work; you have a 50/50 chance of getting in (this was confirmed by other residents I have discussed issues with). This has been a problem the entire 3 years I've been here. All that happens is the 'gate technician' is called out to fix it until the next rainy day. Why aren't they using the upcharge in my rent that keeps happening to just replace it with a gate that actually works?? Almost nothing works in the clubhouse. Ice machine, Fridge, outlets. Sometimes they turn the AC off for no reason and it's 90 degrees in there and the switch is locked up so you can't change it. Wish it could go back to how it was when I first moved in; Joy was there every day and on top of things. Maintenance requests were taken care of next-day. Apartment parties and raffles. Yall could definitely do better.
