I moved into #3 on 07/2022 and moved out 08/2023. They gave me 2 days to write down any issues I spotted within the unit to where as only a couple were addressed. The water faucets outside our units are used to water/maintain the lawn and by passer byers which racks up on YOUR water bill. My 1st month's electric bill was over $700 all due to their lack of maintenance/upkeep on their AC unit (which I investigated) and when they fixed it, they declined to pay the electric bill or even offer to pay half. I was disapointed in their lack of customer service, and because I kept it real with them, they came back at me and said if I was unahppy living here, that I could move out with no penalities. I was left speechless that they would be so quick to just toss me out instead of work with me and resolve the issues fairly. One of our back neighbors experienced similar issues. The received a water bill for over $400 and it made no sense since it was only 2 of them. El Paso Water Utility asked if they were paying for the entire building's water usage! They later learned the sprinkler system is tied to their water! When this was disputed to Sinnaa (one of the owners), again, she just turned her head and looked the other way. They too have moved out. It gets better, the (move-out) statement they sent me. My security deposit was $1375.00 and they charged me $60 for "deep cleaning" (I didn't move into a clean unit) $240 for scratches, holes and painting the walls (I wished my walls had a fresh coat of paint on them when I moved it!) $45 Oder & sanitizing unit! (WE left the unit sanitized and smelling of Mr. Clean) Then there's a service fee of $175 (for what?) Oh and miscellaneous charge for $30 and $20. At least they got one charge right, door stopper replacement/s for $10. My "total refund" $220. It's clear they are money hungry. Sinnaa, keep the change. You obviously need my money way more than I do.
