I wanted to apply to these apartments for me and my family. I was told i only had to pay for the application fees for each of us, but was subsequently charged an extra $300 for a deposit when NO apt was assigned to me, nothing was finalized, i show no signs of approval, no one will reach out now that they got my money, and the only answer I can get is from AI which leads me no where! I am fine with paying the app fees, as I did apply, but in no way should I have been charged a deposit with no approval of a apt! I want my hard earned money back!! Why do you get to keep my money for services not rendered? I have never had to pay a deposit on a place I wasn't renting. Please return my money since you won't return my calls! This should be illegal, it sure is unethical and frustrating.
