To qualify, applicants must meet the following standard rental criteria:
Verifiable monthly income of at least 2.5 times the rent
No disqualifying criminal history
No rental debts, unpaid judgments, or evictions (open or reported within the past 3 years)
Approval – Tier 1: Applicants with moderate-to-minor credit risk who meet the standard criteria may qualify for the standard deposit or deposit waiver fee.
Conditional Approval – Tier 2: Applicants with limited or high-risk credit may be approved with the standard deposit plus an additional $500, provided they meet all other rental criteria.
Conditional Approval with Guarantor – Tier 3: Full-time students or applicants earning 2.0–2.49x the rent may qualify by adding a Guarantor. The Guarantor must meet Tier 1 criteria and have a monthly income of at least 5x the rent. Guarantors assume full responsibility for the lease if the resident defaults.

I have been living here for little more than a year, great location peaceful and the apartment is really nice. The amenities are cool, love the gym and pool. Also, the staff is super nice and helpful. The only thing i would say is the parking needs improvement because its so limited and there's more spaces to pay parking that are empty than parking available to park.

I have lived here for almost a year, and its so peaceful. I feel safe, the location is near many restaurants and stores but not too close so you get quiet and no disturbance. The staff is super helpful and nice, they have plenty of activities and events for everyone to join as well as amenities.
