Radius at The Domain

Great Location right next to the Domain. There is no pet restrictions as long as your pet is not overly aggressive. Super dog friendly with multiple dog parks. Parking is open and plenty of spaces for everyone. I wish there were more covered spaces near my apartment building. Maintenance is good they are pretty prompt with their response time. During the holidays will be a little longer for them to respond. I was shown one model of what my apartment was supposed to look on the inside, but when I finally got the key to my apartment it is totally different. Last thing is the amenities. When I did a tour on the property, they mentioned the car wash station and how convenient it is to have it and how the vacuum and air are great. The water does not work and the air is very weak. It will take you all afternoon to fill up one tire. I used a small pump that you plug into your cigarette lighter on your car and it worked 100 times faster. I emailed the assistant property manager (the one that gave me the tour and bragged and highlighted the fact that there is a car wash station on property) telling her that it does not work and got no response. That car wash station would be convenient if it actually worked. Other than that small minor issue this place is great. No further complaints.

Please don't contribute to driving up our rent. We like it here and don't want to crowded/priced out. The neighborhood traffic is h*ll, with constant construction going on nearby. We tentatively welcome you, because you'll like it too, but we like it the way it is.

I recently moved from Radius at The Domain. While living there, I experienced unnecessarily noisy neighbors on countless occasions that the apartment complex personnel failed to handle adequately. A solution was never sought. When you’re paying hard-earned money to live somewhere, you have the right to sleep peacefully at night and not have to suffer through inconsiderate neighbors. The apartment security personal was called on multiple occasions, nearing multiple times a week every day as week when noises became unbearable and a interfered with being able to sleep at night. However, the disturbances continued no matter how many times complaints were made. I moved to another apartment only to be charged a ridiculous amount of money for no reason or warning from Radius at The Domain. To top everything off, my security deposit has not been returned from the apartment. Money is a seeming priority to the apartment officials — not their residents.
