Longspur Crossing

My family have been here since 2016 and we haven't had any major issues. Staff are friendly and considerate, the spaces between buildings are great, very accessible and is near to almost all of the major necessities like grocery, restaurants and even other food stalls. The only thing is that there are times that it's so hard to find a parking spot that's close to our unit. And I personally hope that there's atleast 1 designated parking space for residents. Cause what if 1 family has three cars and the other has 1, it's going to be unfair for the family that only has 1 car cause the other family already occupied 3 spots. Another thing is that there are times that other residents play really loud music even at night time. There are also times that pet owners are not so responsible enough to clean after their pets and so dog poop are mostly in the grass.

The staff is very courteous and the maintenance crew always responds quickly with actual repairs. For the price i love the location and the size of my apartment. I wish the complex had a gym but everything else is on point. The google reviews are nothing like the actual complex.

Fast and courteous leasing and maintenance staff. Quiet neighborhood. Great value for the monthly rent. No issues with parking. Right next to N Lamar Blvd. In the middle of I-35, Loop 1, and Research Blvd. Some recommendations to improve ratings: - Repave the roads, fill potholes - Repaint the speed bumps (yellow) - Pressure wash sides of buildings - Repaint building side paneling (white)
