I have had a really great time on property

Average Apartment

It is an average, overpriced apartment. My biggest issue is that it is in a bad location, without any access to trails. Also, ending your lease early will cost you a fortune and the contract is misleading. Would not move here again, but it's kinda of what you expect these days.

great location

locatoin is excellent. 8 minutes to grocery/shopping areas. 15-20 minutes to anywhere in the city. property grounds are beautiful; nestled in mature trees. apartment is updated, quiet, can't hear tenant above me. Staff is disorganized and rude at times. It took many weeks and multiple reminders to get simple maintenance tasks handled. (One still isn't completed but I'm tired of asking!) Clubhouse and pool area are really nice but tenants have parties with 10+ guests and allow little kids to run throughout clubhouse unsupervised, leaving soda cans, wrappers, food lying around. It would be a better experience if there was one person supervising common areas after office staff hours.
