Excellent and Honest Review

I have lived in Marquis at Treetops a number of years. It is the best development overall that I have ever lived in any city. Tim and the maintenance crew, are the best that I have ever had. The current management is excellent. The development is well kept. It is quiet and extremely safe.

Above average

I have lived here about 10 years. The Maintenance is outstanding! The amenities are about average. There is no television in the gym and some of the equipment is not working, so I genera;;y just take a walk. The pool is OK but mostly not deep enough for adults. Trash collection is reliable. My one complaint is that there is a dog waste station next to the sidewalk where I live. It is too close to my apartment and the smell is undesirable and it is unsightly, especially because it is the first thing people see when they visit me. I have been told that it is "not possible" to excavate it; however, it could be closed down and replaced in a more convenient location. No one in my building has a dog; however, I must contend with the odor and the fleas that are not only unpleasant but also a health hazard.
